Foster Hargreaves are a small team of wedding photographers dedicated to providing an honest and simple philosophy to their work. Their philosophy is that each client is unique, and that a flexible approach is the key to the best photography. They work on being low-key while at the same time capturing high quality creative images that tell a narrative without relying upon intrusive flash and lighting.
They required a simple yet dynamic brand element that could work as an accent for their work, sitting elegantly alongside their photography without distracting from it. The solution that was developed was a custom typographic ligature that can be used in isolation or as part of a larger lock-up. This allows Foster Hargreaves to use the brand device in any number of situations.
The same approach of clear, crisp typography was taken through to the website and their own iPad presentation app for showing new clients their work and packages.
