Club Med homepage
As part of our ongoing integrated campaign work for Club Med, they asked us to consider an alternative to the already too-cluttered homepage that their incumbant agency currently provide. Part of the excercise was to examine how we could improve the customer journey without moving too far away from where the brand is already, thus avoiding any confusion should it suddenly jump to a completely different interface. The basic idea was that several improvements would be rolled out over time, so that the interface would eventually be migrated to a completely new design one element at a time. Key elements for consideration were streamlining the method for users to search for a holiday, access booking pages, understand about the brand as a whole and actually see what Club Med have to offer. Design currently under consideration by client.
